  • The Thompkins-Tompkins Family Reunion Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sponsorships and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution. An official donation acknowledgment will be provided for all qualifying sponsorships.

  • To ensure your business receives the full sponsorship benefits—including recognition in printed materials, event signage, and the souvenir journal—we encourage sponsorship commitments and payment to be completed by April 30, 2027.

    While sponsorships may be accepted after this date, certain printed recognition opportunities cannot be guaranteed once production deadlines have passed.

  • To be included in the souvenir journal, website, printed materials, and event signage, we request that all logos and advertising artwork be submitted no later than May 15, 2027.

    Preferred file formats include:

    • EPS

    • PDF (print-ready)

    Advertising specifications and submission instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your sponsorship.
